Your order is important to us, which is why we will process your order as soon as possible.

All orders are in Australian Dollars and posted via Australia Post or DHL.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday).

Delivery within Australia should be approximately 5 business days from dispatch- please keep in mind that there maybe additional delays due to COVID-19.

International orders including the US may take 7-14 business days to arrive, but in some instances can take up to 4 weeks since all orders must through customs and delays due to COVID-19 which is out of our control. If Customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. Allay Organics is not responsible for customs charges.

Please note: Allay Organics cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post or DHL. Express and International orders will receive a tracking number so that you may monitor the delivery progress.

Allay Organics reserves the right to change their returns and shipping policy anytime. 

Returns Policy

 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not issue refunds if you have a change of mind about the goods or services supplied.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email info@allayorganics.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, with photographic evidence to support your claim, including your order number (we can only accept items purchased on our website).

It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us, together with your completed returns form and receipt for postage costs, via registered post and provide us with the postal tracking number. Once we have received the item/s, we will confirm receipt via email and process your refund, replacement or exchange (including reimbursement of postage costs, if applicable).
